- Monkey has 2 modes of play:

- Chase mode where the monkey projects light from the lantern and randomly swivels at waist encouraging baby to crawl and chase the light

- Dance mode where the monkey and baby dance to lights and sounds

- Monkey plays and dances to over 50 songs, sounds and phrases

- Chase mode begins when the left shoelaces are pressed

- Dance mode begins when the right shoelaces are pressed

- Monkey says fun phrases

- On/off volume switch on bottom of monkey's feet

- Requires 4 "AA" alkaline batteries (included)
